What would life be like if Earth was infested by man-eating ghouls? That's what the medical giant, " Genkin Corporation " decided to look into as a subject of interest after their reputation as a medical organisation failed miserably in the past. Time flew by and now a security giant, " Genkin Labs " has emerged as a successful armed organisation fighting feared ghouls.

After a long struggle, remaining ghouls being greatly outnumbered, decided to take up shelter as humans; to go to colleges, universities, restaurants; to learn the human ways and stay in hiding.

However, one winter Genkin Labs finally decided to try and formulate a cure to help the remaining ghouls turn back to normal humans; if possible.

Will this cure be a reflection of their past mistake?

Disclaimer : It's a work of fan-fiction, taking some contents from the popular anime " Tokyo Ghoul". Some characteristics of 'ghouls' and major aspects have been modified for story-purpose, such as the place not being Tokyo as well as other points.

This is my first try at story writing and sharing as a new year Resolution. I hope you like it.

I originally started writing this story for my crush at school because she LOVED vampire and werewolf featuring stories. But since I had no knowledge about those subjects at big, I decided I would write one about ghouls for her. Then later, a good friend of mine gave it a reading and decided i should open a wattpad account and see how it goes; so here it is.

Feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reading.
