Born during the late 50's, Leo Galvan was born in extreme poverty. The only main thing he remembers growing up with is violence. That's how the Gang works, anyways. Everything is Justified with violence, and or hate. With all of this, it doesn't make it better that a rival Gang has moved into the area.
