Jack is new to Loyola High School, and he is a senior. Mr. Fischbach is the high school English teacher who everyone absolutely adores.

On his first day Jack got lost, trying to find Mr. Fishbach's class. Resulting him to accidentally skip class.

After school, Jack wanted to apologize to Mr. Fishbach, so he tried finding his class. Mark stayed back, like he usually does, and went to go to the Teacher's Lounge. On his journey to the Lounge he spotted Jack looking at the school build boards, preferably looking at the school map. Mark smiled. He knew Jack wasn't in his first period class. He knows he most likely got lost. It was his first day.

After a while, Mark gets a good look at him, and right then there he knew that he was the one, and wants him to be his.
