The western world lays in ruins. World War 3 struck and the Allies were completely unprepared. America, Britain, and the rest of their allied countries were evacuated and their people scattered. A dictatorship was put in place, the leader cold and devious. He suppresses all of the world.
Our story focuses on a girl living in Tokyo, 5 years after the war. Her name is Charlie Moore. She was relocated in Tokyo when America was evacuated. She lives with her four year old brother, keeping out of trouble. One night, during her shift at a tiny diner, several suspicious characters are sitting in a corner.
Charlie is curious, but her curiosity gets her swept up in the revolution against the current government.
