That was until one night he dreams of a strange man with a contagious smile.

At first he brushes it off, but what happens when he sees the same American from his dreams working at a local cafe?

The characters are based off of the web comic, manga, and anime "Hetalia" originally created by Hidekaz Himaruya.
The story will be set in a Human AU in Colorado. Most of the story will be from Russia's point of view, the chapter will indicate otherwise.
