Después de un año en california Dipper decide volver a Gravity Falls con su hermana pero al llegar a la cabaña Dipper comienza tener sensaciones extrañas y sueños perturbadores al tratar de descubrir la razón de estos acontecimientos lo llevan a averiguar que una parte de Bill no se fue del todo sino que habita dentro de si mismo y ahora Dipper deberá tratar de averiguar con la ayuda de su hermana a tratar de controlarse y descubrir como detenerlo.
