This is a one part short story about how Frost earned the name, 'Frost'. His name wasn't like that always. Practically nobody knows what his actual name was, or if he ever even had one.

Frost is one of my characters from my current story 'Silver & Gold'. This is many, many years before the actual stories placement time, but it still relates to it a lot. If you enjoyed this, and maybe even wish to see more of Frost, I suggest giving my story a try. It would be greatly appreciated.

"You had no right to do that," I snap, trying my best to out walk him. His chuckle was loud behind me and his hand griped on my forearm, stopping me. Something about his warmth gave me chills all over my body. Something I don't think I ever wanted in the first place. Especially from him and especially now. "Yes I did, and I still do." His hard grip around my arm loosened, and snaked up to lock his fingers through my hair. Oh Momma, what is happening? Being this close to him has been happening way too often for normal. Still, I couldn't break away from this close contact, I was frozen, shocked. "What makes you think that?" My question hit him with humor, and instead of fully responding, he leans his face closer to mine. The smirk on his face stayed once he noticed the affect he had on me. "Because," he whispers out pressing our bodies together. "I'm your Secret Santa," he licks his lips as if he's hungry, then continues, "I can give you anything I want to give you." His free arm wraps around my waist, and he lifts me up during the action before pressing our lips together. The main character is Kimberly. She's an accident prone person who wants nothing but to enjoy her winter. Her friends want the best for her after a terrible break up they witnessed. Every year they all hold the traditional Secret Santa. Somebody from the group believes that they are what Kimberly needs. This is about Kimberly and her crazy winter story about her not so Secret Santa.Concluida

This world is occupied by Others, beings that were brought into creation by the imaginations and beliefs of humanity. Which means, to her horror, the man who kidnapped her isn't a human. In fact, he isn't just a regular citizen of the Other Realm either. Jack Frost is actually the Heir of Winter, the one who will take after his father, Lord of Winter when the man retires. The Lord of the Winter is the Other who brings Winter to the Human World each year, as well as keeping places like Russia, Alaska, and Antarctica cold at all times. Forget everything you ever thought about the way the world works. But to my surprise, the car swerves to the side slightly next to me and comes to a stop. I take a deep breath I didn't know I was holding at the driver's side door swings open and a very pissed off Axel steps out. "Thank god," I mumble and place my hands on my knees to catch my breath. "Blaze?" He says and I hate it. I hate how he says my name as if it's his. Like he knows it's the only thing I want to hear, him calling out to me, looking at me, focused to me. It's the first time in my life I wanted someone's attention so badly I didn't care how I got it. And that was too dangerous for me to hold onto. "Are you insane or some shit? I could have killed you!" He says and starts to walk towards me. I take a big breath and step back away from him, "s-stop! Axel," I stutter still panting. It's then he notices the blood on my hands and shirt. "Is that blood?" He asks staring at my shirt and I take another step back. "Stop, stay b-back," I try to say confidently but I can't even breath right. Realizing he won't listen I start to turn around planning to make a break for it. Jack Frost's Beginning
Jack - Jack what? For the life of him, he couldn't remember; his last name, his past, nothing. The only thing he could remember is his first name and that he had a purpose, but even that was fading fast. Just so you all know, I wrote the first chapter BEFORE Rise of the Guardians came out.
