Park Shin Hye and Jung HoSeok, The High School sweet heart. Everything is already laid out for them. Shin Hye wanted to be a doctor and Hoseok wanted to be a dancer. They had good grades, perfect attendance and Awesome life. But suddenly this one fateful day, Shin Hye got into an accident. Unfortunately, she got into a coma. Hoseok is of course devastated and being the good boyfriend he is, He visited her everyday. But one day, Hoseok received a message from Shin Hye. 'I'm breaking up with you.' After that period ended, he skipped school and ran straight to the hospital but only to find out she's not there. He went to her house to but it was empty. He tried and tried to call Shin Hye again but she never picked up. He then received a message from her, worried, he immediately clicked on it.
