Amelia has SPD, a Personality Disorder that prevents her from feeling any emotion to other individuals; she lacks emotionality. Only one person could cope up with her existent, and that's her best friend, Jasper Moon. Ever since they were children, they were inseparable; Amelia seemed too attached on him, it's why their parents instantly bonded and paired them up. As they grew, Jasper fell raw emotions for her, it was in his bloodline to feel this way for his mate.
Suddenly, Amelia decided to face the world on her own; she left without a trace, disappearing into thin air, and leaving without a word. Jasper took it harder than the others; because of being desperate, he became dangerous. He changed into something more, or rather, shifted into something deadly and lethal. His life became more darker as soon as his inner beast came to life, he haunted and killed, he searched and killed, then he became king.
Five years later, Amelia comes knocking back to them. But little did she know, a whole new world awaits her.

This was the Alpha playing with his food.
I could imagine how he would stalk to me, his head high with all his teeth showing. His pure white fur not being touched by the dust he had created when he chased after me. I can only imagine how every step for him would be a leap for me. That blood would hang from his mouth and drip onto the forest floor but not even faze his fangs.
I was terrified of him. Even if I couldn't bring myself to mention it, to be weak and choose to submit.
These thoughts kept me running, the invisible echo of a laugh that wasn't really there stayed in my ear, even though he was nowhere to be.
