Hi, I'm Chandler. I'd consider myself your average teenage girl. 
I've got a best friend, on-again off-against relationship, good grades, great taste in music, alternative punk band, and the teenage rebellion lifestyle to go with it. 

But not ever part of my life is sunny L.A. days and backyard show, liquor run nights. Some shit just sucks. Like my terminal ill mother, essentially absent father and the fact that I'm now being forced to move approximately two thousand seven hundred ninety seven point eight miles away from my home.

When Chandler's mother gets sick again she decides to send Chandler to Manhattan, New York to live with her estranged father and his other family. 

Suddenly uprooted from everything in her life Chandler finds herself with two options. Open herself up to new possibilities in this new city or close herself off from the world. 

While worrying about her sick mother, the second family that is her band and all boyfriend back in L.A.  Chandler finds herself presented with all new possibilities. 

Will she reconnect with her father, pursue her life of music and even find new love? Or will Chandler Rosscawl remain her stubborn self and refuse to let in the change?
