Heyo there, Mn249 here! So, this is a really, really gay, I-tried-my-best-at-writing story. Contains the things mentioned above, along with some confused idiots, sorta-kinda not slow burn, bit of angst I guess, and some violence as well. This story is based off a roleplaying video game where my heart was broken :^: Oh well, hopefully this story is gonna be good! Okay, here's the actual descript! --

Sure, living in a small kingdom isn't too bad. In fact, most people here are alright. But, I've got a bit of a situation... The moment I saw him, I knew I could never forget him. Who knew someone could fall in love so fast? I swore that I'd always protect him. And that time is coming soon. Too soon. We have to travel to a place where I am hated by all, and, by companionship, he is hated by all. On the way, we make allies and enemies, and both our skills and trust for each other is tested. When the time comes, am I certain that I can protect him? And that I won't tell him I love him?

I had always been one to ignore emotions. Being raised by stoic mages, that had easily brought that about. Until the day that a strange elf popped into my quiet life, turing my world upside down- introducing an odd feeling. I can name it, yet it is something that I shouldn't feel... Now, with the threat of a war hanging above our heads, the time comes for this skilled warrior to hold fast our rag-tag team- and break down the icey walls I had so carefully constructed. I don't know if I can hold myself back- but will that feeling endanger our survival? Will he be too distracted to watch the trees, and will my love spell our doom?
