Sometimes, when alone at night, Taylor wondered to herself things she never dared speak aloud. What would have happened if she never met Chris? Would she still be in love with Tom? Would she have gone her whole life without experiencing the sheer intense, passionate love she could have only ever dreamed about? Would she have settled for something much less?
