His Return (if not you...)
Her hand's still. I'm gripping it like it's the last lifeline in a storm. In my head, I'm yelling: You got this. Come back. Do it. But hey.. tears, will you stop making an entrance now? I need focus. Stop. I repeat it like a mantra. You can do it. You can do it. Again. And again. I don't know if I'm trying to convince her... or myself. ~~~ When they uncover the truth about the culprit, will they be able to handle it? Or will it tear everything apart? Their relationship is still new. Will it fall apart under pressure, or will they choose to fight for it? Step into Part Two of this gripping journey.. where light meets shadow, and love is tested by truth. ~~~ Hey lovely readers.. this is a continuation of the story 'His Return (what if...)'. A Weight off My Mind - Time to Live
Regardless of size, putting your life on hold until you reach that perfect weight, does no one any good. This will be my collection of poems reflecting on societies obsession with weight and size and the effect this has on us and how we can change this. We shouldn't be allowing it to determine whether we should be happy, successful or loved. Enough is enough. Start living. You deserve it all now. Candles of the Night: A Book of Poetry
A book of all of the random poems I have written. Read through them and you'll be smitten. Updates are random for inspiration doesn't always flow. But often enough because I'm not that slow. Yes, many are written in rhyming verse. Yet not all are like this, I wouldn't leave you that curse. Some poems are quite lighthearted and others very somber. The Light in the Dark (Completed)
Cover made by the amazing @mikeyspizzadope (go check them out they're cool) It's 3 A.M., and you can't sleep. Your heart feels like it might burst out of your chest. Your ears are ringing, echoing in your brain, and everything hurts so badly. Your vision is going blurry as you try to fight back the tears, and you're wondering why you even try anymore. At one point or another, most of us have experienced the feeling of worthlessness, shame, or guilt. We feel like we're at rock bottom, and it seems like nothing will ever get any better no matter how hard we try. One thing we do know for sure, though, is that where there is dark, there is bound to be light, no matter how small that speck may be. There's always hope, no matter how far out of reach it may seem. There's always light in the dark. TW/CW: mentions of anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts. "I know that even when things seem dark and at rock bottom, there's always hope. There's always a light at the end of the tunnel.
