Eliza Xandria Sendett has always had a hard life. Being an Exile doesn't give you much of an opportunity at a successful life. But when she receives a letter to the Prince's selections she is keen to go. But she isn't interested in the prince. She only worries about her parents. But she doesn't know what will come at her.
Prince Allard isn't what he seems. He is not cruel like his father. Or pricky like his mother. In fact he's quite the opposite. And he is forced to hold a selection to chose a wife to marry, to let them focus on this. He doesn't think he will find anyone worth it anyway. He is inclined to find his sister, the traitor princess and has planned great and dangerous things for his kingdom. But it may lead to something bigger than he could've ever imagined.
As both of them meet they realize that their stories intertwine more than they though it would as secrets unveil and more people are met. And learn that not everything will be as simple as you think it seems. And that not everyone is as they think.
