A Study in Popularity

Tristan Fletcher: Aspiring journalist. She was a big deal at her old school, because she knew everything about everyone. No one dare pick on the little guy for fear of the entire student body finding out about their secret love for My Little Pony. When her mother's job forces them to move to rural Ohio, she has to start from scratch. When things are looking especially dim, she gets a glimmer of hope: the it girl at her new school invites her to sit with her and her friends at lunch. It's perfect. She gets a glimpse inside the inner workings of the hierarchy that high schools are so famous for! It's either going to be her big break, or a big mess.
