Lee Hae Yoon was born into a family full of doctors, her father, who was the former president of Seoul National University Hospital, and her older brother Min-Seo, who is currently a director at Seoul National University Hospital, she too aspires to become a top doctor.

Lee Min-Seo the third oldest in the Lee family, is the director of Seoul National University Hospital, as a young child he was taught by his father, in order to become a great and successful doctor

Lee Hae Min is a respected singer, although she too was to become a doctor, she decided to change her path and become a singer, Hae Min, who is the second oldest was also taught by her father.

Lee Jung Kyun, the oldest, is a well known neurosurgeon in Korea, he's also a dir at SNUH, and mostly takes care of VVIPs.

Lee Min Hyun, the youngest, is currently a first year intern. Currently working under his older brother, Min Seo.

Park Ji Min, although he's mostly known around the hospital as good-looking, he's very talented and is good at what he does, he has a temper, but shows it when he's annoyed

Jeon Jung Kook, a first year working under Jung Kyun, he's a tough first year and always ahead of everyone.

Kim Tae Hyung, is Hae Yoon's assistant, hes always looking out for her health, and making sure she eats well and doesn't get sick, he's also the Lee's childhood friend.
