This is an amazing RP I'm doing with philhowled on Tumblr so I had to give this amazing person credit for this as well, she's posting this story on her phanfiction blog as well so if you see it on Tumblr I promise I'm not stealing this. As for a summery this is in a Neko/Vampire universe where Phil was abandoned and he was taken in to the Howell home.
