There is this girl that once lived in Paris and her name was Madeleine Norris. She has to try to get away from her controlling husband for years but that ends starting now. From the outside, it looks like she fears she has nothing that matters anymore. In Madeleine's memories, her grandmother Margie is the kind woman she should have been - elegant, reserved, and perfect. Madeleine finds a diary in her grandmothers house.
