I suck at these so I'm going bare with me.   

My dad always tried to keep my vocabulary more "upbeat" than other peoples.   He said, "It'll make you seem more sophisticated, and guys love a girl with badass vocabulary." I laughed at his words but now that I'm older there was one word that described my situation. It was the word "Archaic." It was another noun for "want." It meant, "to lack or be short of something desirable or essential."  

I was lacking something desirable, and essential. It wasn't even something, it was someone and that someone was Calum.
