Don't Blink

Brendan Langley, is not the typical high school senior. He believes he's better than the average teenager. Although he still appears to be one; with his ripped jeans and hipster outfits. One fated night, when Brendan got bored of the immature teenage partying, he decides to drive up to the Look Out, to spend the rest of the night enjoying the view of the city below. Unknowingly, he wasn't aware that a storm was coming and found himself almost hit by lightning. His near-death experience and shock earned him to meet Annette Giovanni. When he acknowledged her presence, Annette was surprised that he saw her. Annette was considered a Floater, a being who lived in a parallel universe that moved faster than the regular speed, thus making the lights shine brighter as everything seemed to move in slow motion in her world. How they were able to see and feel each other was beyond them. However, when Brendan loses focus, Annette disappears. They soon try to find a way for each other to meet and slowly fall in love. But it was against the law of the Floaters to fall in love with Slow-walkers or humans, and things between the two start to get complicated. Will they break the rules and be with each other? Was their meeting something that wasn't supposed to happen? Was it an accident or was it something more?
