He's been hospitalised for "insanity", got one of the county's biggest mental hospitals closed down, gone back to school, and tried to graduate while avoiding getting re-admitted. On top of it all, one of his closest friends is still being persecuted for a crime he didn't commit. And all they have to do now is make it out alive.
