Elena lives in a world where dragons are well-known to man kind and tamed by people who fly with them through the sky. Unfortunately, it seems that dragons can only be tamed by a person of the male gender, any females who even are nearby, have a 99.9% chance of being killed by one, the other 0.01% chance of getting away with major injuries.
This leaves to Elena find life her boring, plain and has no life objective.
She attends a normal school, with normal people. While her older brother, Jackson. attends a boarding school for those who can tame a dragon. She envies the life of her brother but accepts that she can't change her life.
Well... maybe she can't change it.
At the end of first day of new year at school, an unlikely incident puts her in a position no other female would like to be in.
Face to face with a real life dragon.
Is this encounter the one she has been waiting for? Or is it is the day she will change her mind on dragons forever?
