You Can't Always Get What You Want

When Thomas finds out that he has a disorder, he gets shipped off to a school for kids like him. But, some of these kids seem a little too...weird. There's Tammy, who can set anything she looks at on fire, Evan, who can say magic words and turn his teacher into ice, and Lily, who can stop talking, she just needs to turn off her iPad. And then there's Thomas. Thomas doesn't really know that he can do, but it all comes clear to him on a full moon night. He can turn into a deformed werewolf, and instead of biting people, he turns them into stone. By day, he can turn himself green, and shoot broccoli at people.

After two years, Thomas can't take it anymore. The off button on Lily's iPad has stopped working, Tammy's protective eyeglasses are missing, and Evan is muttering the magic words over, and over again. Thomas breaks out of the school-to face a reality that he's not safe in the world. Somebody's after him, and he doesn't know who.
