Talyn Drath grew up in the wilds of Skyrim, and would prefer that he remains there. However, The Divines have different plans for him. The dragons have returned and Talyn seems to be the only one who can stop them. But Talyn is no hero, the past has proved that. his life is a myriad of failures, death, and hate. but despite the demons inside of him, he knows in his heart that this is what he has to do. the question is, how can one man stop Armageddon?
Authors Note: first off, this is my first actual piece of writing that is longer than 10 pages, so don't expect a masterpiece. secondly while i did try to stay true to skyrim's geography, i did resize the land and the cities in order to make them more realistically proportioned. Another warning, I make many grammatical errors. Right now im tryign to prefect content first. now that that is out of the way, i hope you enjoy my humble efforts! i welcome all comments and suggestions. If you like this story, by all means share it! i plan to keep writing this story for a while,

- ORIGINAL VERSION - Hiccup Haddock was a child born on the village of Berk, then to be taken by a NightFury in a dragon raid without a trace. But while Stoick and Valka are trying to live while mourning for their lost son, Hiccup is living freely on a Santuarial island created by an Alpha dragon with his best friend, a dragon, the one who stole him, Toothless. Toothless has always told Hiccup that vikings are cruel, horrible people that kill dragons for the fun of it, and that he should stay as far away from them. But when Hiccup gets caught on a hostile, viking-dwelling island, he doesn't know what to do. The Chief's wife thinks it's unfair to torture a child like this, but when Stoick lays eyes on this boy, he has other plans. Will he and his dragon escape in time? Or will his parents soon find their lost son to be returned from the dead? [Original Version only means that there is a new edition, or rather; a Rewritten Copy, which is also in my works.]Complete

So when the village allows him to take the day off, he happily agrees. He takes to the skies with his night fury, Toothless, meanwhile ignoring Astrid's warnings about the distant storm clouds, a mistake he will later regret. A horrible series of events sends Hiccup and Toothless to a foreign land with no way to get home. The pair find themselves completely lost.Complete

started late 2017, completed as of the 27th of December, 2019. it's old and messy but it was my first proper story that I worked hard on and finished :) Tsaganari is almost definitely the last adult dragon alive. All sixteen hatchlings are her responsibility and dragonkind's future. But, these dragonets didn't hatch normally. They're bloodthirsty and animalistic, motivated by primal instinct. They hardly resemble the proud and complex dragons of the past, with intricate societies and ever-growing knowledge. It all would've worked out if it wasn't for humans. Istania never thought her two-week holiday to Iceland would be confusing, much less dangerous. And yet, she ends up being knocked out outside her hotel and re-awakened...in a cave full of dragons, for crying out loud. The world as she knows it has faded, giving way to one that's wild, involving running for her life countless times, flying, and even...relationships. However, after all this, Tsaganari's intentions have never been very clear. Just as everything seems to be settling down, she tells them the truth. Astrid and the riders are desperate to get their leader back, but will it be too late? (This is the REWRITTEN version of my old book, 'Hiccup's Mercy'. There WILL not be any added characters, except those who are warlords because I can't remember their names. What happens when you are reunited with Hiccup and he is the only person that you want? Is it possible to make everything go back to normal, after you abandoned everything you knew? Was the new world where you truly belong? Or is it in Hiccups arms?
