The boy beside me rest asleep, I wondered what he was dreaming. Could he possibly have normal 'sane' dreams? Or is his reality a part of him even when unconscious? His eyes fluttered open, and with that I jumped up, preparing myself for anything. I didn't know this boys capabilities. I didn't know his morality, his ambitions. His eyes peered to me, a distraction inside his mind telling him that I was no threat. "Goodmorning sunshine." 



So the first time I posted this story I wasn't satisfied with how it turned out, the writing was horrible and I had lacked any inspiration. BUT, now I re-writ chapter one, focusing it more on the main character, Mariam, a young girl who was placed in an asylum that's supposed to "cure" her of her insanity, but instead bringing out the worst parts of it. Mariam has a personality disorder, and she knows this, but what she doesn't know is how to completely cope with it. Read the story to find out more about her, and her soon to be developing relationship with Jerome. 

There will be talk of violence, mental illness, homocide, suicide, and self harm in this story, if you cannot handle that I advise you not to read this.
