Green is an important color. It can symbolize many things, like jealousy, nature, and money. That's one of the reasons why Em, short for Emerald, loves this color. Em is starting high school, and delves into the extracurricular of theatre. With the hope and belief that she was one of the best actresses in her school, she tries out for the role of Dorothy in the play, The Wizard of Oz. Unfortunately, she got the role of the Wicked Witch of the West, the bad guy of the play. Through a struggle of a school year and a love for green, experience Em's story in Color Me Green.
