Ever since the Vampire Massacre when vampires let their presence known to the world by killing millions of people, there have been few people selected to be hunters. They hunt the vampires who break the law. Since vamps wanted to be like humans, they're going to be treated like humans and, when they break the law, because of their greater strength and life expectancy, they're killed. Executed. By the hunters. Nicole Waters is a hunter and the best damn one at that. Training since she was 10, she's taken out hundreds of the sleaze balls who murder, rape, drink from unwilling victims, or break any major law. Until this one. Ethan Donovan, or, at least, that's what he calls himself now. He's the most infuriatingly, cocky, devastatingly handsome son-of-a-bitch she's ever known or hunted.
