Ava is a 20 year old girl who finds her painful past complicating every aspect of her life. She's unhappy and shut off from the real world. Fed up with the dark and emotionless path her life seems to be taking, she ends her engagement and moves across the country in hopes of a fresh start. Along the way she meet the sweet Bella, the spicy Jessica, the thoughtful Sophie, and the insightful Ali that show her how friendship is the most precious gift in the world; they also lead her to Aiden, who changes her view on life and love.
