"Zeref, have you seen Lucy!?" Layla asked, fear widening in her eyes. She was the most calmest person he had ever met, so seeing the frantic on her face kind of worried him. And he was kind of worried for the child, too. But if he told her that, he doubts that it would help the situation.

"Layla, calm down," Zeref ushered the female scientist, hoping to calm her down. He knows Lucy is known to walk around, having a very adventurous soul in her tiny body. "I'm sure she's just wandering around somewhere you haven't looked yet."

"No, you don't understand," she pleaded, her hands raising up to grip her golden colored hair in frustration. "I looked everywhere already! She just disappeared!"

"Okay, I'll help you try to find he-" He was interrupted when He heard a thud against the titanium glass window. When the two scientists looked over, they see Lucy waving at us with a big smile on her soft rosy face.

"Hi Mama!" She called out, knocking against the glass even harder this time. "Hi Uncle Zeref!"
