Letting go of the past can be difficult. I often look back and replay all of the dark moments that occurred in my life. If one poem could help someone understand the way depression takes over the mind, then I want to help give an understanding. All I want to do is be able to make people, who are battling through a hard time to just know that they are not alone. Through my poetry and some of my journal entries, I want to inspire at least one person!

DURING A STRUGGLE IN MY LIFE CONSUMED WITH LONINESS AND DRUGS , ENCOUNTERED EVENTS THAT AMAZED ME.
