Inside the Beast's Castle
"As soon as you believe you are a monster is when you become one." After many years of war, the kingdom of Edria is finally in an era of peace--peace obtained by one thing and one thing only. A deal. King Regol has made a deal with the devil, or rather, a beast. A monster. Or so he claims. Beauty and the Beast
This is a clean romance. All I wanted from tonight was to sneak out of the ball to read in the castle's grand library and suddenly the prince is guiding me to safety even though he's the one they're after. In the morning we find out that the Light of the Realms was stolen and the castle is on lock down. All the guests from the ball must be tested to see who committed the crime and to top it off the Light of the Realms was what kept this kingdom safe and without it armies are moving in. Will we find the Light of the Realms before it is to late? Will the prince be ready to lead this kingdom into war if he has to? This is a sweet middle grade/ young adult romance. It is a retelling of Beauty and the Beast. Warning: This is a rough draft! So there will be spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors. Although she loves her three siblings and tries to be the best sister and lady she can, the weight on her shoulders grows the more she learns and the more she has to know. When her father remarries to a secretive widow, Clara's responsibilities triple overnight. Through no fault of her own, Clara is thrown into an adventure she never counted on-- one of magic, tragedy, and romance. Through palace ballrooms, enchanted forests, and encounters with a handsome stranger she really shouldn't care for, Clara soon realizes that the only way to help her family and fix the problem is to do it herself.
