1st Book in my Society's Orphans Series

Raised in a orphanage outside of London, Arabella is determined to find her family.  The only clue to her identity is a golden rattle and a mysterious letter found with her after she was abandoned on the cathedral steps.  When a carriage almost runs her down in the streets of London, a handsome stranger saves her.   However, realizing that her life may be in danger she flee's from him not knowing who she can trust.

The Duke of Pemberton, Lord Alexander Asterley is captivated by the beautiful girl he saves.  However, the young lady runs away  before he can find out her name. Enraptured and curious about the mysterious beauty he sets out on a dangerous adventure to find her.  Little did he know he would find love in the process.
