A girl who's mother is in hospital with cancer and her father got killed trying to arrest someone. Abigail Rose Brown wants to know who this man was and why he did that to her dad. Bibi (Abigail's nick name) gets sent to the N.E.S.A.S (Nick and Emily’s School for Assassins and Spies) to learn how to fight and kill people. As she gets stronger so does Seth, her fathers murderer, Seth is now hunting down Bibi to also kill her. Will Bibi live up to her expectation of the academy or suffer the consequences of not being able to?
