A thousand years from now, the world is a very different place. Impossible things are happening- people are capable of bending the laws of physics at will. And it's all linked to the invasion. It's not safe to be out at night anymore- from dawn to dusk people lock themselves in their homes in fear. It's especially not safe for those of the old generation, with no ability to defend themselves from the evil of the night.
