Don't Let Me Go

I never knew things would turn out this way.
If you asked me two years ago what my plans were for the future I wouldn't have said that I would meet the guy who makes me fall in love all over again.
The guy who can make me laugh as easily as he can infuriate me.
The guy who everyday makes sure that I know just how special I am to him.
The guy who seems to understand me better than I seem to understand myself.
The guy who can tell me many things just by the look in his eyes.
No, I would not have been able to tell you all that because even now I still can't believe it is real and that it is happening.
What is happening you may ask?
Well for one, this guy I talk about? He happens to be Harry Styles. Yep, Harry freaking Styles from One Direction. Yes, One Direction as in the biggest boy band in the world. It's crazy. It's unbelievable. And I am living it all everyday of my life. You might all be thinking: Wow! She gets to live every girl's dream. She is so lucky! Well, I believe luck is like karma; it comes with a price.

"I really am so sorry, Riley", Dr Becks says. His eyes, which he kept on me as he told me the news, are full of remorse.
The sadness is too much, I close my eyes briefly. Which turns out to be a bad idea.
All I can think about is him. Everything about him.
I can feel his soft curly hair on my fingertips. His scent tickled my nose, his laughter rang in my ears. His smile, oh god his smile, it's all too painful to think about. I put my left hand over my mouth. "I think I'm going to be sick", I say as I start to get out of my seat.
Before anyone else can say anything else I rush out of the room.
