Amber Light is an average high school girl, minus the partying, drugs and boy crazy attitude. She's a sarcastic yet friendly blonde who's used to being independent. Being a floater with only her best friend by her side, Elizabeth "Lila" Walters, she doesn't belong to any clique and is often called a loner. Ashton Dean is the rich new kid at school. A total hottie with a mysterious background, Ashton quickly becomes the center of attention at Orchard High. Despite his handsome looks, he's a man who flies solo- with the occasional hookup. So when he meets Amber, it's easy to become friends with the fairly outgoing girl. But their worlds are turned upside down when the two start unknowingly falling for each other. With broken families and broken pasts, Ashton and Amber find comfort in relating to one another. But what happens when they finally discover what love means? Will they fight together or fall apart?

*Girl x Girl* In a difficult line of work, her parents have to move from San Diego, California, all the way to Seattle, Washington where they are happy employed. That was two year ago, and Jacqueline Blake is now a senior at Roosevelt High School. She's been happily enjoying her time at Seattle, with her best friend Amber West. But what happens when she starts her first day seeing the past she though she had push away at the school... all the hard times, all the pain and sorrow she'd went through to push this "tiny" area of her life away. And as problems progress through her senior year, and after high school graduation, will she be able to take on all these changes and adjustments, or will she have to run... avoid... and forget... all over again?
