lance is the only son of the king of the sea shiro, a loyal servant of the king hunk is assigned to watch over the troublesome meme-Lord lance, a young Prince Keith is saved by the blue mermaid lance when Keith's ship is destroyed in an attack from a neighboring country. lance and Keith fall in love and so lance will pursue Keith and in his efforts he will ask the sea witch pidge for help, but in exchange for legs, lance must give up his voice, once given up his voice, lance is shot up to the surface and so his quest begins to get the heart of Prince Keith before sunset of the following full moon.
