This story is a different take on the fairy-tale Rapunzel. It's about a girl, held captive in a tower in the middle of the woods by her so-called "Auntie". Two days before her 19th birthday, that all changes. Please read this book! It's full of actions and romance, and maybe a little betrayl.

Towers [BOOK ONE]
"Our kingdom was once beautiful, but now the towers are everywhere. They say that Queen Rapunzel has lost her mind--and I believe them. Before, I might have felt sorry for her, but now I just fear her. I fear the sound of her soldiers pounding at the door, demanding that I be taken away. I fear the towers." Years after the original tale of Rapunzel took place, the kingdom--left to the grief-stricken Queen after her husband's death--is falling apart. People live in constant fear of the many terrible towers across the land, built by her Majesty's decree to imprison any who dare question her. Bird's nothing but a girl from the north, but when someone she cares about is taken by the mad Queen's soldiers, she'll stop at nothing to save them. With nothing but her friends, a sled, and a mind full of songs, she sets out to get rid of the towers, once and for all. DISCLAIMER: this is a retelling of the *ORIGINAL FAIRY TALE* by the Brothers Grimm and has no connection to Disney's version whatsoever. DISCLAIMER PART II: I wrote this book when I was 15 and am still in the middle of huge revisions that I haven't posted here yet! Please feel free to read, but keep in mind this is a work in progress. :)Zakończone

Frosted (Frosted #1 | Jackunzel)

When Gothel, the only mother she's ever known, takes her demand for freedom and usefulness much too far, Rapunzel sends a desperate plea to the one person who's kept hope ringing inside of her. Or, the spirit, more like. When Jack Frost, one of the Guardians of Childhood, finally finds his way to the mysterious island of Corona, he convinces an indecisive Rapunzel to follow him into the outside world in order to both see her mother's lies for herself, and find the freedom she's always craved to have. But when things go awry, the two are forced to team up in order to take down a force that should never have returned. And Rapunzel might just be the key to stop it. ‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵ INLINE COMMENT IF YOU SEE ANY SPELLING MISTAKES, PLEASE AND THANK YOU! :) First place winner of The Flavored Awards! Strangled
It's the tale of Rapunzel and Flynn- but not how you've been told... Years locked away does strange things to the mind, and this young princess is no exception. Manipulated and lied to by her mother all her life, the days leading up to her 18th birthday are not quite as magical as you might think. And when Ryder finds her alone in the tower, the love story he once found might never have existed at all. As for Gothel, her path leads her to meet some people you might just have heard of... NOTE: I don't own any of the images used in this story and the tale is based on characters created by Disney. This story also becomes violent in Chapter 10, please read with caution.Zakończone
