Lucas, more famously known as Lucifer, needs a new 'personal slave'. Since he has taken up a young man's form for the next hundred years or so, he plans on getting a new personal until then.
So he calls for auditions to got the new role of personal slave. After almost an hour of listening to rambles of slaves wanting to get out of work and being sent to Hell for ridiculous reasons, he comes along Alex.
Alex was sent to Hell for being homosexual. Lucas decides that Alex would be his new slave.
