It's Kind Of A Cliche Story

"Class, meet Fiona. She will be your new classmate. Be kind to her. Fiona, meet the tenth graders," the teacher announced in a too formal introduction.
"Hello," I smiled at them shyly. This is hard job. It made my knees bang together like tambols.
"She's named after the green ogress in Shrek?!" the blonde-brown guy side-commented.

I am Fiona Chandler, a total nobody, A-list dork and nerd, and everything people say about that guy in your class that you never knew existed. And yes, I speak fluent sarcasm. Until I met this blonde-brown Smogbrain, who was the total opposite of me. What's more is that he was Jake's unbiological bro, who happens to be my cool bad-ass brother. Will Claude ruin my oh-so-boring life or turn my world upside down? And yeah, it's kind of a cliche story.
