There is a urban legend that roams around Japan during the Tanabata. It says that every year, a girl with black hair and a fox mask visits the Tanabata Festival, wearing a black kimono with different colors of Hibiscus designed on it. She always seems to be alone and she is always bumping people that attended the festival. They say that is better to stay away from her.

But what if this little girl actually finds a love life in this festival?
