Caegen has known Rio over the internet for over two years. They've seen each other cry, laugh, and scream. Caegen has been in the closet about being gay but he might just come out to Rio when he comes to Ohaio to see him. Caegen suffers from social anxiety so he uses the internet for a source of interaction like he met Rio.

Rio is out of the closet for being bisexual and has always found a cute charm in the way Caegen stutters and quiets down when he's embarrassed. He loves seeing his small pixilated face smile when he calls him. The way he brushes his hair out of his face every now and then was adorable.
