Bianca knew that once you reincarnated into a new life, you wouldn't carry your old memories with you, you wouldn't carry your personality or looks, would barely even be associated with who you once were. Sure, there could be sneaking suspicions, but never could there be any confirmations, if people from your old life saw you. Bianca left because, she knew that if she stayed, she would serve as a reminder, to Nico's past. 
And Nico would never move on, would never learn to let go, would never let a grudge heal. So she left, she made a sacrifice. Her final sacrifice as Bianca di Angelo, as Nico di Angelo's sister. For Nico to have a new path, a new crossroad, a new life...A new beginning.

But Kronos has his own plans and his own game, and Nico finds himself waking up to Bianca's face in the cold snow of Maine. As life starts to brighten up for her, their parents get in the middle of it Hades and Caitlin's Mom used to work together in Hell to keep everything together until she turned on him and now they're enemies.
