Samantha Reyes, a quirky and sarcastic soccer player, had the cliché life. Her parents loved each other, she was the good student and she had the player, bad boy boyfriend... What happens when her life is turned upside down. What happens when she realizes that her parents were not in love, but just very good actors... What happens when she realizes that her relationship isn't as strong as she though it was and her boyfriend not the person she thought him to be? Sam doesn't want her life to change, even for the better. So, what happens when a new character enters her life? What if he's everything she's looking for but Sam's not ready to let go of her previous relationship?

Megan Stewart hasn't known much happiness. She's only 17, but her life has been hard. However, despite all that she's been through, Megan keeps a smile on her face. Meet Jared Wesly. He's the bad boy of the school. However, he's not so much a bad boy. He's simply misunderstood. Only, he's been through quite a lot, just like Megan. In fact, they have more in common than Megan knows. When Jared and Megan's worlds collide (quite literally), Megan finds herself drawn to the boy that annoys her to no end, teases her, but makes her feel happy and protected, something almost unknown to her. Megan must make a choice in the end: Does she take a chance with the familiar boy, or does he become another "What if?" in her life? NOTE: I first wrote this story when I was around 13-14, so there will be cliches and cringe-worthy writing at moments. *Caution: Some language*
