While some vampires enjoy this new order, others, like a vampire named Jeon Jungkook, dislike how things are run. Relationships and trust are rare, and humans often isolate themselves to avoid drawing attention. In this dangerous world, an unlikely connection between a human and a vampire is not only difficult... but forbidden, making the bond between Jimin and Jungkook both dangerous and extraordinary, which is why Jungkook must keep it a secret who he is or more so, what he is, from Jimin. Will Jungkook be able to balance his life between seemingly abiding by the norm of vampires while hiding the fact that he, himself, is one? Will Jimin ever find the kindness he is looking for while staying off the radar of bloodthirsty, ruthless vampires? Or will their fates end with bloodshed and broken secrets?
