Miracolina Rodgers is a new psychiatrist at St. Louis Hospital Center for the Mentally Ill and Disabled, currently assigned to Winter Abbott, quite possibly the strangest patient in the adolescent ward. Things become very strange as Miracolina grows attached to Winter, and the pharmacists begin engineering strange drugs to treat her specifially. Miracolina doesn't trust this. Just when she begins to unravel the mystery of the hospital, Winter goes missing. Things, after that, take a dark turn for the worst.
