When Riley Cast goes to her first real party, she doesn't know what she's in for.
She's a straight 'A' student, the school's best jurnalist and supports her family as best as she can.
Her life is, with lack of other words, rough, but she doesn't mind, because it keeps her occupied.
At this party, she meets the school 'hottie' whom she has been tormented by for years; Lex Lucien.
He's not a good guy at all, and she knows that from the first glance that they share, but after a few drinks and a exciting game of spin the bottle, Riley finds herself lost in the liquid butterscotch eyes of the school bad-boy.
An accident occurs that same night and Riley is knocked into a coma.
Did the Lex have something to do with the accident?
Will Riley remember, after memory loss that puts her back to a time before Lex walked into her life and savataged it?
Will Riley fall into the deep golden orbs that once held her captive, feeding ecstacy pills to the butterflies in her stomach?
Or will her mind reject it all and start over?

Soon it becomes apparent why: Mason is a werewolf. But when a fight turns into a sudden kiss that neither expects, Kieran's feelings for Mason turn to attraction in an instant. None of it makes sense - vampires and werewolves are supposed to be mortal enemies, so why does Kieran find Mason so irresistible? He knows that each kiss is dangerous, each bite is unpredictable...
