Set deep in the future, Marza Hilliam is sentenced to life in the Hills, a mental hospital that is set across the country by the Health Seats. Every year on your birthday, you go through a series of mental health evaluations to determine if you need to be sent to an asylum for the rest of your life, to no longer be a harm to society. She just can't figure out why she's there.
