Winnie, a Transgender girl, is kicked out of her parents' house after telling them the truth about her gender. Her best friend takes her to an abandoned warehouse for temporary shelter. At the warehouse, Winnie meets three teenagers going through the same thing she is. Together, they decide to go North to an LGBTQ+ shelter, Pride, in Elijay. When they finally reach Pride, after facing many hardships along the way, they face the biggest obstacle yet. With the help of other youth like themselves, the rag-tag group of teenagers attempt to face the problem head-on and create a truly safe place for LGBTQ+ youth.
