She was travelling to London and lost her diary at the airport. She tried a lot to find it but unfortunately it was found by Kate Anderson, a 20 year old girl whose dream was to work in Hollywood as a singer. Kate's Aunt Sofi's car get into an accident with a taxi. Hazel was in that taxi and she dies.
